New York City — Direct evidence implicating former Vice President Joe Biden in a pay-for-play corruption scandal will be released to the public 10 days prior to the 2020 election, Rudy Giuliani told Daily Caller’s senior White House correspondent Christian Datoc in an exclusive interview.

The former New York City mayor spoke Thursday evening with Datoc about all of the new allegations raised by emails and text messages alleged to have been pulled from a hard drive previously owned by Hunter Biden. Giuliani, President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, did not deny that this is a political hit job. He said the reason he is releasing it slowly is to catch Biden in “lies” as his campaign denies the allegations. Datoc pressed him to release a copy of the hard drive in full so that the Daily Caller could verify it, but Giuliani declined.

In this episode of Common Sense, Rudy Giuliani, who was the trailblazer for RICO prosecutions in the 1980s, demonstrates how the thirty years of the Biden Family selling public office, and many other crimes, makes a perfect RICO case.

The Biden Slime Family

Last year, Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden emphatically denied his son Hunter’s controversial business dealings were ever a subject of discussion between the two.

Hunter Biden’s lucrative $50,000 a month gig on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian gas firm, had nothing to do with his father. The elder Biden insisted: “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

A trove of emails obtained by the New York Post suggests Hunter Biden introduced his then vice-president father to Burisma adviser, Vadym Pozharsky, who in April 2015 thanked Hunter for the opportunity to meet his father.

An earlier email from May 2014 shows Pozharsky asking Hunter how he could use his influence in the White House on Burisma’s behalf.

Less than a year later, Vice President Biden, the Obama Administration’s point man in Ukraine, leaned on Ukrainian government officials to fire a prosecutor sniffing around Burisma’s dealings, by threatening to withhold a $1 billion loan.

Biden later bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations: “I looked at them and said: ‘I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money’,” he said.

“Well, son of a bitch! He got fired!”

The Post’s revelations trended on social media, until both Facebook and Twitter worked to squelch the spread.

How Do We Know the Hunter/Joe Biden Documents Are Real?

John Hinderaker

October 17, 2020

The New York Post’s series of exposes, based on a hard drive that Hunter Biden left with a repair shop and never reclaimed, have thrown a joker into the deck of the presidential election. Of course, the issue isn’t Hunter–a sad, drug-addled case–but rather the light that the documents shed on the corrupt career of Joe Biden.

The Post’s documents show a level of corruption that is remarkable even by Swamp standards–for example, Joe Biden proposing to take equity in a Chinese company secretly, through a 10 percent stake held on his behalf by Hunter. But how do we know that they are genuine?

First, because Biden hasn’t denied that the hard drive belonged to Hunter, and the documents contained thereon are real. His calling the Post’s stories a “smear” was a non-denial denial.

Second, because there is a witness. The Democrats have to be careful, because there is a real, live repair shop owner who is ready to explain what happened and to vouch for the integrity of the hard drive. I think this is largely why Biden et al. have gone to ground rather than seriously contest the corruption to which Hunter’s files testify.

UPDATE: I should add that Joe Biden is now facing questions over his business dealings with an oligarch in Kazakhstan.

I suspect there are FBI agents asking the very same question.

‘Unverified’ is a (false) excuse for ignoring The Post’s Hunter Biden scoops

Post Editorial Board

October 18, 2020 | 7:22pm

Much of the push to ignore The Post’s drop of Hunter Biden’s e-mails centers on the charge that it’s all “unverified.” The claim is more excuse than truth.

First, a host of media outlets have now interviewed the computer-repair guy who provided the data at the heart of these exposés — and he’s said exactly what we’ve reported from the start about how the laptop came into his possession.

Second, neither Hunter nor Joe Biden has even questioned the fact that the drive is real — they merely dismiss the entire line of questioning, while charging that The Post has an agenda in presenting it to the world.

Third, we’ve published emails and pictures — most of which have nothing to do with Ukraine or China — that contain an extraordinary level of detail. Is that all fabricated? The Biden campaign’s response, notably, is not that an e-mail from a Burisma official thanking Hunter for an introduction to his father isn’t real, it’s that said meeting doesn’t show up on Joe’s “official” schedules. Pressed by Politico, the campaign acknowledged that they couldn’t say for certain if Joe Biden had met him casually.

It’s particularly rich that The New York Times has fixated on the “unverified” excuse, since it’s spent much of the Trump era offering supposed dirt from anonymous sources — which, by definition, makes the info unverifiable.

Now, suddenly, with a trove of information — which, again, the Bidens aren’t even claiming is false — these same outlets want to ask endless questions about the chain of evidence. A chain of evidence that The Post has been up-front and open about.

Desperate for Biden to win, they want to sink the story with innuendo rather than actually report on it. Don’t ask too many questions, and you can dismiss it all as “unverified

Joe Biden’s Lies About His Son’s Burisma Dealing Are Coming Back to Haunt Him - Rudy Giuliani

Joe Biden’s cheating is legendary. It goes way back to his plagiarism and cheating to get through law school and his plagiarism and lying when he attempted to run for President in the late 1980s. Throughout this campaign, he has lied so often to cover up the criminality of the Biden Family it's almost expected and ignored by the largely compliant media. But the truth always finds its way out in the end.

Biden has always vociferously denied having any knowledge of how his son, Hunter Biden, came to be employed by one of the most crooked oligarchs in Ukraine, Mykola Zlochevsky, and his energy firm Burisma. Hunter had no relevant experience. He also had a record of persistent drug addiction that included being dismissed from the U.S. Navy for failing a drug test. Despite this, Hunter’s firm was paid $180,000 per month for a job that he was given at the same time that his father, who was then serving as Vice President of the United States, was put in charge of distributing billions of dollars to a then bankrupt nation.

ost’s exposé on Hunter Biden soars online despite social media censorship

Mark Moore

October 20, 2020

Twitter and Facebook’s censorship of The Post’s exposé about Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine propelled the story to the top of those platforms last week, according to a report Tuesday.

The story generated 2.59 million interactions (likes, comments and shares) on Facebook and Twitter — more than double the next-biggest story about President Trump or former Vice President Joe Biden, Axios reported, citing data analyzed by NewsWhip.

Stories about Hunter Biden, the reactions and how social media responded were five of the 10 biggest stories.

Guiliani turns over Hunter Biden's hard drive to police over photos of underage girls and illicit texts

Rudy Guiliani said Tuesday night that he turned the contents of the alleged Hunter Biden laptop over to Delaware State Police as it contained photos of underage girls and explicit text messages.

Guiliani showed a text message from Hunter to his father wherein he talked about his sister-in-law, "who for quite some time was his lover," he said. He reads the message on Newsmax, saying that "she told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate" in reference to FaceTiming naked with an underage girl.
