Draggingtree Posted November 28, 2018 Share Posted November 28, 2018 Texas Two-Step Chile Burgers Ingredients Recipe makes 4 Servings 1 1/2 Lb ground sirloin 90% lean 1 1/4 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Texas Two-Step Chili 1/2 cup(s) sweet onion, diced 2 Tbsp dried jalapeno 1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Fancy Shredded Cheddar Instructions 1 Combine sirloin with chili mix, onion (and jalapeno, if desired); mix until well blended. 2 Form mixture into 4 burger patties. 3 Cook burgers on grill 5-6 minutes per side or on stove top over medium heat. 4 Brush with additional chili after turning, if desired. 5 Cook beef thoroughly; center of burgers should reach an internal temperature of 165°F. 6 Top with cheese; place burgers between buns. 7 Add your favorite condiments or fixings, as desired.
