Former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton revealed in a wide-ranging interview on Sunday to CBS’ Jane Pauley that she is “done” being a candidate.

During a segment on “CBS This Morning,” Clinton discussed her political career, and what she has planned for the future.

Clinton’s future plans for candidacy

When Pauley asked Clinton “Is your political career over?” Clinton had her answer locked and loaded.

“Yes,” she answered. “As an active politician — it’s over,” she admitted.

Clinton reiterated her comments and told Pauley adamantly that she’s “done with being a candidate.”
