Professional hidden camera stinger James O'Keefe revealed Tuesday that he is on the cusp of releasing "hundreds of hours" of footage from "one corporation, multiple newsrooms."

 

O'Keefe let slip a telling hint about which corporation is the target of his sting operation despite declining to mention it by name.

 

It is the one President Trump has been discussing recently, O'Keefe told Sean Hannity in a radio interview.

 

"It's the one he's always targeting."

Leaked tapes of CNN employees released by Project Veritas this morning reveal CNN editors displaying their leftist bias. Editors can be heard claiming there is “no debate” on climate change while calling Fox News “unbearable.”

Joe Sterling, who was then News Desk Editor for CNN’s online venue “The Wire” was recorded dismissing any skepticism on the climate change issue, and comparing it to creationism.

Conservative activist O’Keefe posts tapes targeting CNN

 

NEW YORK (AP) — Conservative activist James O’Keefe has released what he says are 119 hours of raw audio secretly recorded inside CNN’s Atlanta headquarters in 2009.

 

The audio was recorded by what O’Keefe’s website, Project Veritas, describes as an anonymous source identified only as “Miss X.”

 

He said the tapes show CNN misrepresenting polling data.

 

CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

James O’Keefe offers $10,000 awards for evidence of ‘media malfeasance’

 

Conservative sleuth James O'Keefe is ramping up his effort to take down the mainstream media by enlisting the help of ordinary citizens to go undercover and expose wrongdoing in newsrooms around the country.

The Project Veritas leader announced he will give $10,000 to anyone who brings him evidence of “corruption, malfeasance and wrongdoing” in the press.

 

“If you have hidden audio recordings, videotapes or documents inside of a newsroom or media institution, and the material is good enough, I will pay you $10,000,” Mr. O'Keefe says in the video set to be released on Thursday.

 

The announcement of the award coincides with the first release of the “CNN Tapes” project, for which Project Veritas is uploading 119 hours of audio recordings taken by an anonymous source within the cable network’s Atlanta headquarters.

Politico: Project Veritas 'CNN Leaks' fall flat

For a few days, Project Veritas founder and conservative activist James O'Keefe has been hyping the release of what he said were hundreds of hours of undercover audio recordings of employees at CNN.

 

Some staffers at CNN were legitimately alarmed that O'Keefe would be releasing tapes that could be embarrassing for the network. O'Keefe is known for his undercover video recordings, though questions over deceptive editing and concerns about the questionable tactics used to obtain those recordings have plagued some of his prior work. Before releasing the tapes Thursday, O'Keefe was featured on The Drudge Report and on Sean Hannity's radio show, where he previewed their release.

 

Instead, what O'Keefe released on Thursday landed with a dull thud in the media world. Though not all the hours of tapes have been made available for review, and damning recordings could still come out, O'Keefe made clear the audio he obtained is from 2009 and for the most part features lower-level staffers at the network.
