Draggingtree
Fox Business: Exclusive: New Emails on Secret Benghazi WeaponsBy Catherine Herridge, Pamela Browne Published September 11, 2015 FOXBusiness On the third anniversary of the Benghazi terrorist attack, emails reviewed by Fox News raise significant questions about US government support for the secret shipment of weapons to the Libyan opposition. During the Spring of 2011, as the Obama administration ramped up efforts to topple the Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, a licensed American arms dealer, Marc Turi, his business partner formerly with the CIA, senior US military officials in Europe and Africa as well as a former staffer for republican Senator John McCain considered logistics for arming the rebels, according to the emails exclusively obtained by Fox Business and Fox News. Turi is facing federal trial this December on two counts that he allegedly violated the arms export control act by making false statements. Turi denies the charges, and alleges there was a rogue weapons operation run with the knowledge of Mrs. Clinton's state department.
Draggingtree
Hillary Aides Talked Benghazi With Clinton Foundation Staff, Withheld Emails September 24, 2015Breitbart News: Hillary Clinton’s top State Department aides turned to Clinton Foundation employees for political help in the immediate aftermath of the Benghazi terrorist attack, and Clinton withheld those emails from the House Benghazi Committee investigating her conduct. Clinton currently faces federal investigation for allegedly allowing people without a security clearance to access classified information, in violation of the Espionage Act. Newly-discovered emails, considered classified by the State Department, were going to Clinton Foundation staffers who did not have a security clearance to view classified information. Breitbart News obtained a “Vaughn list” of thirteen email exchanges involving top Clinton State Department aide Cheryl Mills. A “Vaughn List” is a list of emails that are being withheld and kept confidential, even though they correspond to someone’s Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The State Department compiled the “Vaughn List” for the group Citizens United, which filed a FOIA for all relevant communications between Mills and Clinton Foundation staffers. The emails are being withheld under Exemptions 5 and 6, for “privileged information” and “personal privacy.” http://www.aim.org/benghazi/hillary-aides-talked-benghazi-with-clinton-foundation-staff-withheld-emails/
