ABILENE, Texas - As the multiagency murder investigation intensifies in the death of an off-duty Abilene Police Department officer, Chief Stan Standridge affirmed Tuesday there are no indications “that random law enforcement personnel are being targeted.”

A stoic Standridge went into little detail at a news conference at the Law Enforcement Center. Officer Don Allen’s body was sent the medical examiner’s office in Tarrant County for an autopsy. Scissors-32x32.png
