Geee Posted August 14, 2014 Share Posted August 14, 2014 CNS News: CNSNews.com) - Combined federal, state and local government spending per household exceeded the median household income in 2009, 2010 and 2011, according to calculations made using numbers from the White House Office of Management and Budget and an historical online database of state and local spending recently made available by the Census Bureau. In 2011, in current year dollars, total government spending was 50,505.68 per household, while median household income was only $50,054. Government spending per full-time year-round worker in 2009, 2010 and 2011 also exceeded the average earnings for a full-time year-round worker. In 2011, in current year dollars, total government spending was $60,146.25 per full-time year-round worker, but full-time year-round workers earned on average only $57,150.
