I can't remember a winter that has been this cold (single digit highs) for this long, here in the twin cities.

I guess the Great Lakes are freezing up pretty quickly this year. Interesting to see all the headlines from last year about lack of freeze over.

I can remember mornings when the wind was from the north all the ice on Superior was pushed down to the western end of the lake. Ice as far as you can see and the sun beaming down of it....beautiful.
