For all your poetry needs

Obamacare.

Obamacare

I do not like Obamacare

Obamacare is what we need

Obamacare.

Says Harry Reid, You'd love it if you had the facts

Even with that stupid tax.

You will like it here and there

You will love Obamacare.

"Would you like it for your lung?

Would you like it for your tongue?

Not for my lung

Not for my tongue

I do not like it here or there

I do not want Obamacare

"Would you use it for your guts?

Would you use it for your cuts?"

Not for my guts

Not for my cuts

Harry Reid you drive me nuts

"Would you just, for this and that

Would you use it for your cat?"

For my cat?

Not even that!

Not for my lung not for my tongue

Not for my cuts not for my guts

I would not use it here or there

I do not like Obamacare

This is program we dont need

I do not like you, Harry Reid

"You do not like it

So you say

So how about a brief delay?"

A brief delay

The heck you say

"And if, somehow, you curry favor

We can offer you a waiver"

But if its great, the way you say it

Hope can you want us to delay it?

"Why with so many dis-affected

Non of my friends get re-elected."

None of my friends will be elected

Oh, Harry Reid you are so clever

Why dont we put it offforever?

@nickydog!

So you're not necessarily talking about extreme Isamist terrorists?

The degree of terror would be that these Muslims might not be ready [unless caught] to kill themselves, in order to kill non-Muslims.

You could say they're somewhere between CAIR and a bomb laden zealot.

They eat the cereal, read the paper, speak the language & definitely have seen the movie.

They'd die in a heart-beat, if asked.....but right now they can do more damage by blending in and using taqqiya......doing their deeds in private & moving on.....and on....and on.

Taqiyya

(Snip)

Traditionally, a majority of Sunnis will not accept taqiyya, arguing that it is an expression of lack of faith in God. Yet, there are Sunni theologians who defend the use of taqiyya, stating that the faith in the heart is what counts, not outward expressions, like with the historian and theologian at-Tabari (dead 923).

With several Shi'i groups, like the Twelvers and the Zaydis, taqiyya has been defined as a fundamental tenet of faith. In some cases, taqiyya has been held as a distinguishing factor between them and the Sunni majority. There are many stories of Shi'i heroes breaking the regulations of his religion to achieve his goals. Unnecessary martyrdom is something that a Shi'i should avoid. With the Assassins, a Shi'i orientation, taqiyya has been an important technique. Entering taqiyya should be done with a niya, the intention, in order to clarify the true intention to conceal one's ideas.

(Snip)

In recent years, taqiyya has often been used by militant Islamists, who usually are Sunnis. In preparation for terrorist attacks, using taqiyya has been part of covering their tracks. The world saw a very illustrative example of taqiyya with the 911 (September 11, 2005) attack on USA, when the local al-Qaida leaders went to bars and drank alcohol shortly before initiating their suicide attacks.

I did a search for the choices I would have as an individual 48-year old male here in Delaware. The cheapest was with Aetna with a $7500 deductible and only cost $131 a month. I can see everyone running out to get this kind of deal. /snark

Aetna AM Best Rating: A
Plan Type:PPO
Deductible:$7,500
Coinsurance: 20%
Office Visit:$40 copay, deductible waived

Actually, I have no experience of having to buy my own insurance, so I really don't know if that is a good deal or not. In any event, I don't envy the people that have to deal with this crap.

The No. 2 officer at the military command in charge of all U.S. nuclear war-fighting forces is suspected in a case involving counterfeit gambling chips at a western Iowa casino and has been suspended from his duties, officials said.

Reference the little Hispanic girl.

Sort of reminds me of the girl who got booted from the Disabled Olympics because her disability 'may not be permanent'. In the meantime, her legs are paralyzed.

With that mentality, pretty soon many people won't be able to vote in Chicago because they aren't dead enough.

Sermon 664 : Rich Man, Poor Man : 26th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Please click the play button above to listen now.
Most of us find the homeless to be unnerving and annoying, telling ourselves not to give them money because they might use it for drinks or drugs. But think of the story of Lazarus and the rich man, and did they have different fates! Lazarus was carried to Abraham's bosom and the rich man to the nether world, where he was tormented. The torment for the rich man began by locking himself in his narrow ego, going against his calling to give. As Catholic social teaching remind us, we cannot remain indifferent to the poor. They must always be taken into consideration or else we go to hell.

I have a simple question. What happen if a * poor person doesn't have Obamacare and needs medical attention? I ask this because I recall when this started, we had to do something about the poor who couldn't afford healthcare insurance.

* A victim of the Bush economy
