Obama's 2nd term: Will the governing ever start?

 

Former U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi famously said of Obamacare, "we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it." Maybe the same idea applies to President Obama: The American people have to elect him twice to find out how awful his policies are.

 

Having run through George W. Bush, "Wall Street" and Mitt Romney, Obama is running out of scapegoats.
