In order to pass their first budget resolution in four years, Senate Democrats can only afford five defections — assuming all Republicans vote “no.” If all House members vote and the House Democratic Caucus is unified against Rep. Paul Ryan’s (R-Wis.) budget, Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and his lieutenants must limit defections to LAST UPDATED on 3/12/13 at 1:35 p.m. RECENT UPDATES: Reps.
