Teriyaki Chicken Wings

3 to 4 pounds chicken wings

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup sherry

¼ cup honey

1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

1 tablespoon orange juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 red chill, minced {optional}

 

Cook Time 3 to 31/2 hours (LOW) or 11/2 to 2 hours (HIGH)

1. Place wings in 4-quart Crock-Pot slow cooker. Combine remaining

ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour mixture over wings.

 

2.Cover; Cook Time 3 to 31/2 hours (LOW) or 11/2 to 2 hours (HIGH)

makes 6 to 8 servings
