clearvision
Evidently it is the pumping station for coolant that exploded as they tried to get it going again.
Argyle58
Evidently it is the pumping station for coolant that exploded as they tried to get it going again. That's exactly what happened. The pile is unbreached at this point. For some reason, they can't seem to get their auxiliary systems up and running.
nickydog
I'm kind of surprised at the Japanese. I would have expected them to be better prepared for this kind of thing, even in the event of the "big one." Or am I being naive and it isn't possible to be totally prepared? If so, what clearvision said will be true. sigh.
