ErnstBlofeld
GeoStrategy Direct: The power struggle for succession in Egypt has become serious. Posters have appeared throughout Cairo that called on Egyptian intelligence chief Gen. Omar Suleiman to run for president in 2011. Not coincidentally, the posters appeared as both President Mubarak and his son and would-be successor, Gamal, were in the United States. The bottom line: the military might have joined in the succession fray and that means that the elderly Mubarak is losing control.
