Sabre86
No surprise, an openly homosexual judge tries to institute queer marriage bu judicial fiat. Oh, and Ted Olson, there is a special place in hell waiting for you.
Argyle58
To his credit, Judge Walker did stay his own decision, allowing an appeal without enactment. Having said that, it was a bad decision which will be overturned at SCOTUS. (Decision has to go through the 9th Circus before that)

SCOTUS will uphold the ruling 5-4, Kennedy always votes with the homos. The scariest thing is the part of the ruling which says that vote and will of the people is "irreverent."
