This speech and others he has given lately is (IMO) speaking to the entire party.

 

I don't think he has an icecubes prayer in hell of becoming President. (IMO) He's doing just what he should be doing...being an Idea Man. At the end of the day that will do more to help the Party, Conservatism, and the Nation, then any thing else he can do.
