Was COVID A Manufactured Crisis?

Issues & Insights

The narrative: The virus that caused the COVID-19 pandemic was naturally occurring and policymakers and the medical establishment acted only out of concern for our health. The truth: Still largely unknown at this point, but there are growing reasons to believe that it’s not even remotely related to the narrative.

Almost every day the Story of COVID unravels, and we learn how much of it was a yarn used to tie us up in knots. Of all the narrative-changing reports that have surfaced, none illustrates this more than a weekend London Telegraph story, which reveals that former British Health Secretary Matt Hancock wanted to “deploy” a new COVID variant to “frighten the pants” off of “ everyone with the new strain.”

We’re told that Hancock was discussing with an adviser the possibility that London Mayor Sadiq Khan would not be inclined to force harsh restrictions on Londoners over the 2020 Christmas season. Something, it seems, had to be done about this.

Adviser: “Rather than doing too much forward signaling, we can roll pitch with the new strain.”:snip:

America' COVID Response Was Based on Lies | Opinion - SCOTT W. ATLAS , SENIOR FELLOW, HOOVER INSTITUTION

Almost all of America's leaders have gradually pulled back their COVID mandates, requirements, and closures—even in states like California, which had imposed the most stringent and longest-lasting restrictions on the public. At the same time, the media has been gradually acknowledging the ongoing release of studies that totally refute the purported reasons behind those restrictions. This overt reversal is falsely portrayed as "learned" or "new evidence." Little acknowledgement of error is to be found. We have seen no public apology for promulgating false information, or for the vilification and delegitimization of policy experts and medical scientists like myself who spoke out correctly about data, standard knowledge about viral infections and pandemics, and fundamental biology.

The historical record is critical. We have seen a macabre Orwellian attempt to rewrite history and to blame the failure of widespread lockdowns on the lockdowns' critics, alongside absurd denials of officials' own incessant demands for them. In the Trump administration, Dr. Deborah Birx was formally in charge of the medical side of the White House's coronavirus task force during the pandemic's first year. In that capacity, she authored all written federal policy recommendations to governors and states and personally advised each state's public health officials during official visits, often with Vice President Mike Pence, who oversaw the entire task force. Upon the inauguration of President Joe Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci became chief medical advisor and ran the Biden pandemic response.

We must acknowledge the abject failure of the Birx-Fauci policies. They were enacted, but they failed to stop the dying, failed to stop the infection from spreading, and inflicted massive damage and destruction particularly on lower-income families and on America's children.:snip:

Well in in Minnesota Gov Tim Walz has taken care of that little problem...by shutting down All Bars & Restaurants. The question is, 1. How long will this ban be in place 2. how many bars and restaurants will go under? All because of 14 cases (out of a population of 5.6 Million)

Let me see if I understand this (not being all that bright I..Could..Be..Wrong) The media pushes the Panic Button in order to get Ratings/Clicks. A certain number of people go (for lack of a better word) Insane. Politicians in response to the Media and the Insane, react by shutting down large parts of society/the economy...(249 people in a group, you're safe, 251 Everyone dies. If you want a drink or dinner out...You're gonna die.). Then to (try) a solve the problem they created by panicking and reacting to the insanity they say they are going to Give me $1,000. Where we might reasonably ask will they get this money? Why from the magical money tree of course!"

Some skinny old wise ass.
