Get the latest in our LIVE COVERAGE. Blitzchung made his comments on Sunday in a post-match interview at a Hearthstone Grandmasters esports tournament. In the interview, Blitzchung put on a gas mask and said, “Liberate Hong Kong. Revolution of our age!” Blizzard announced today that they are taking away Blitzchung's prize money (reportedly $10,000) that he won in the tournament and are banning him for a year. Blizzard also fired the two announcers ("casters") who conducted the interview. The incident is the latest case of a company punishing an individual for saying something that might offend China.
