Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein has been charged with sex trafficking underage girls in New York and Florida, Fox News has learned.

Epstein, who a decade ago received a lenient plea deal after being accused of paying girls for sexual massages in Florida, is expected to appear in a New York court Monday.

The 66-year-old financier has long been plagued by allegations of sexual abuse against minors.

In 2008, Epstein was sentenced to 13 months in prison, required to settle with his then-teenage victims and register as a sex offender; He could have faced life in prison.

The new charges accused him of sex trafficking minors between 2002 and 2005 by paying them cash for massages and sexually abusing them in his New York apartment and his Palm Beach residence. Several of his associates allegedly recruited the girls and some victims became recruiters themselves, according to the Daily Beast.:snip:

‘It’s Been A Long Time Coming’: Jeffrey Epstein Charged With Trafficking Underage Girls

Jeffrey Epstein has been a name floated in MeToo era, but as some have noted, has largely escaped accountability for the heinous allegations that have been lobbed against him. He's been accused of molesting and trafficking underage girls for years. The man is well connected, with ties to British royalty, former President Bill Clinton, and President Trump. Clinton faced scrutiny for taking chartered flights on Epstein’s jet (via Fox News):

Former President Bill Clinton was a much more frequent flyer on a registered sex offender’s infamous jet than previously reported, with flight logs showing the former president taking at least 26 trips aboard the “Lolita Express” -- even apparently ditching his Secret Service detail for at least five of the flights, according to records obtained by FoxNews.com.

Clinton’s presence aboard Jeffrey Epstein’s Boeing 727 on 11 occasions has been reported, but flight logs show the number is more than double that, and trips between 2001 and 2003 included extended junkets around the world with Epstein and fellow passengers identified on manifests by their initials or first names, including “Tatiana.” The tricked-out jet earned its Nabakov-inspired nickname because it was reportedly outfitted with a bed where passengers had group sex with young girls.

“Bill Clinton … associated with a man like Jeffrey Epstein, who everyone in New York, certainly within his inner circles, knew was a pedophile,” said Conchita Sarnoff, of the Washington, D.C. based non-profit Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking, and author of a book on the Epstein case called "TrafficKing." “Why would a former president associate with a man like that?”:snip:

Jeffrey Epstein arrested for sex trafficking of minors in Florida and New York

:snip:Two of Epstein's accusers have accused Dershowitz of participating in or being present for Epstein's sex ring. Dershowitz, who claims evidence under seal can prove his innocence, reacted to the new charges against Epstein by telling the Daily Beast, “I’ll wait to see what the evidence is."

Epstein was closely connected to former President Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II, who is the reigning monarch of the United Kingdom. Both flew frequently on Epstein's private jet, dubbed the "Lolita Express." President Trump was Epstein’s neighbor in Palm Beach and a former friend. He also flew on Epstein’s plane.:snip:

Christine Pelosi warns it's 'quite likely that some of our faves are implicated' in 'horrific' Epstein case

Christine Pelosi, a Democratic National Committee official and daughter of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, warned conspicuously on Saturday evening that it is "quite likely that some of our faves are implicated" in the "horrific" sex-trafficking case against politically connected financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Epstein is due in court following his sudden arrest Saturday in New York on new sex-trafficking charges involving allegations dating to the early 2000s, according to law enforcement officials. He has been accused of paying underage girls for massages and sexually abusing them at his mansion in Palm Beach, Fla., and in New York City. His 72-acre private estate on the Virgin Islands, a home said to be nicknamed "Orgy Island," also has been under scrutiny.

"This Epstein case is horrific and the young women deserve justice," Pelosi tweeted. "It is quite likely that some of our faves are implicated but we must follow the facts and let the chips fall where they may - whether on Republicans or Democrats.":snip:

Ok I'm A Guy. Which means I like sex A LOT. What I don't understand is this kind of thing....aka "Orgy Island".

I am reminded of something Benjamin 'Lefty Gun" Ruggiero is reported to have said...."One Woman Should Be Enough For Any Man."

Stomach-turning details of powerful money man's alleged deeds revealed in sex-trafficking indictment

An indictment alleging sex trafficking and sex trafficking conspiracy was unsealed Monday morning against billionaire financier and registered sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who is set to make his first appearance in a New York City federal court later in the day.

Prosecutors allege Epstein, the 66-year-old wealthy hedge fund manager arrested on Saturday, preyed on "dozens" of victims as young as 14.

"The victims described herein were as young as 14 years old at the time they were abused...and were, for various reasons, often particularly vulnerable to exploitation," prosecutors wrote in court documents. "Epstein intentionally sought out minors and knew that many of his victims were in fact under the age of 18."

Epstein allegedly created and maintained a "vast network" and operation from 2002 "up to and including" at least 2005 that enabled him to "sexually exploit and abuse dozens of underage girls" in addition to paying victims to recruit other underage girls.:snip:

@Geee

If he goes to prison, his life is going to be very....interesting...and not in a good way.

If he's "lucky" he'll be in lock down or segregation.

and Yes I'm assuming he's guilty.

Well, He's already been convicted once. I read the non-fiction book by James Patterson. Talks about his Florida mansion and his island, frequented by the rich and famous. Bill Clinton and others are mentioned. Numerous young girls. They keep saying he got 13 months. His 13 months "imprisionment" consisted of confinement to his mansion down the street from Trumps - wearing an ankle bracelet.  James Patterson seemed so enraged about it that he was moved to write this book explains the whole sordid affair. Then about a year later he co-authors a mystery book with Bill Clinton. So much for outrage:angry:

Hot Air: Feds: Guess what we found at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion?

Ed Morrissey

July 8, 2019

Come on, man. No one could be this stupid, right? Right?

Wrooooooooong, at least according to prosecutors announcing the indictment against Jeffrey Epstein. In a search of his Manhattan residence, Epstein allegedly had a trove of photographs that could add child pornography charges to his legal woes:

Quote

Prosecutors say federal agents investigating wealthy sex offender Jeffrey Epstein found “nude photographs of what appeared to be underage girls” while searching his Manhattan mansion.

U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said at a press conference Monday agents discovered the photos while executing a search warrant following Epstein’s arrest Saturday on sex trafficking charges.

July 8 2019

The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York announces charges against Jeffrey Epstein for sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors Monday morning, revealing details of the case including the allegation that nude photos of minors were found at Epstein's mansion.

Billionaire Epstein has been indicted on federal sex trafficking conspiracy and sex trafficking charges for allegedly exploiting and abusing dozens of underage girls at his mansion in Manhattan, where nude photos apparently showing minors were found during a weekend raid, and estate in Palm Beach, Florida, according to officials and court documents obtained by News 4 Monday.

Epstein, a politically connected Florida financier who owns an island in St. Thomas, allegedly recruited girls as young as 14 to have sex with him from at least 2002 to 2005 and allegedly gave them hundreds of dollars in cash. He also allegedly paid certain victims to recruit additional girls to "maintain and increase his supply of victims," according to the federal indictment unsealed Monday.

Well, some people think they are untouchable and they are usually right. Did you ever hear the name Clinton? There are some undertones to this that I am getting a bad feeling about though. Hope I'm wrong.

Former FBI official: Indictment of Jeffrey Epstein is 'placeholder,' expect dozens more charges in near future

:snip:

Former Assistant FBI Director Chris Swecker said he believes the two-count indictment was brought to get Epstein "off the street" as fast as possible.

"I think a decision was made that this conduct was ongoing, perhaps," he said.

Epstein, who once counted as friends former President Bill Clinton, Britain’s Prince Andrew and President Trump, was arrested Saturday after his private jet touched down from France. Court documents obtained by Fox News in 2016 showed that Clinton took at least 26 trips flying aboard Epstein's private jet, known as the "Lolita Express," and apparently ditched his Secret Service detail on some of the excursions.

Records showed Trump apparently flew on the jet at least once, however, his legal team more recently has denied the two were friends.

Swecker said on "America's Newsroom" that he believes the current investigation is a "redo" of a previous probe that ended with Epstein receiving the "deal of the century." Epstein’s plea deal, in which he was sentenced to 13 months in jail, was overseen by former Miami U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta, who is now Trump’s labor secretary.

"That plea deal should never have happened. This is a zero-tolerance crime now and it should have been a zero-tolerance crime back then," he said.

He emphasized that the Southern District of New York's public corruption unit is handling the Epstein case, probably because he is alleged to have provided underage women to "pretty high-profile individuals.":snip:

Ann Coulter: Media Magic — How a Democrat Pedophile Became a ‘Trump Scandal’

Strangely, the media have suddenly taken an intense interest in the case of pedophile and major Democratic donor Jeffrey Epstein.

In 2005, the Palm Beach police were told by the mother of a young girl in West Palm Beach that her daughter had been brought to the Democratic donor’s mansion and asked to have sex with him for money. This kicked off an intensive, one-year undercover investigation.

The police sifted through Epstein’s garbage and interviewed 17 witnesses, including the housemen, who told of sex toys and dildos left behind after the underage girls left. One of Epstein’s procurers, a 20-year-old local woman named Haley Robson, who was paid $200 for every teenaged girl she brought to Jeffrey, was cooperating with police, telling them she was like “Heidi Fleiss.” They obtained statements from five of Epstein’s young victims, who said they’d been paid $200 to $300 to engage in various sex acts with him. Police raided Epstein’s home, finding explicit photographs of teenaged girls, incriminating phone records — and one girl’s high school transcript.:snip:

Well of course because as we all know Orange Man Bad. Something I read yesterday, Epstein used to hang out at Mar-A-Logo. That is until he was found hitting up on young girls...Trump Banned Him...For Life.

Very Rich Men + Sex + Young Girls + Summer = a story with legs.

Epstein Was Banned From Mar-a-Lago Club After Soliciting Teen, Trump Provided Info Against Epstein To Lawyer For Victims

This was also in the James Patterson book, but since when do the Democrats and the press the facts get in the way of a mission to destroy someone.

Facts? The only fact they need is Donald 'Dr. Evil' Trump Stole the 2016 election from that nice Mrs. Clinton.

James Patterson: Epstein case worse than Weinstein, Cosby allegations, others during #MeToo era

Jeffrey Epstein's alleged crimes are worse than the allegations against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein and those comedian Bill Cosby was convicted of, and arguably the worst of the #MeToo era, according to best-selling author James Patterson.

Patterson, who wrote a book on Epstein -- "Filthy Rich: The Billionaire's Sex Scandal--The Shocking True Story of Jeffrey Epstein," discussed the disgraced financier's accused acts during an interview on "The Daily Briefing" on Tuesday.:snip:
