Green Chili Stew


Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes 

8 Oz whole green chilies, drained and cut into strips 

16 Oz H‑E‑B Salsa Medium 

15 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare White Hominy, drained 

1 medium white onion, chopped

15 Oz H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth 

1 Tbsp chili powder

Check AllInstructions

Combine all ingredients in a large 3 1/2 to 4-quart cooking pot.

Bring mixture to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat to medium-low heat.

Continue to cook 1 hour and 30 minutes or until pork is tender.
