New York Congressional candidate — and self-described "Democratic Socialist" — Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is in full damage control after her disastrous interview with PBS's "Firing Line," where she admitted she is simply following the direction of progressive activists when it comes to her policy on Israel, and that she had little first-hand experience with any foreign policy.

Now she admits to having made a mistake in telling "Firing Line" host Margaret Hoover that she supports a "two-state solution," that she misspoke, and that she still has no idea what she's talking about, though she's "engaging."

Prior to "Firing Line," Ocasio-Cortez regularly referred to Israel's treatment of Palestinian protesters as a "massacre." But, as The Washington Free Beacon noticed, on Friday night, "gave a more nuanced answer when asked her views on the Jewish state."

"I am not the expert on geopolitics on this issue," she told Hoover in a shocking admission. "I am a firm believer in finding a two-state solution on this issue, and I'm happy to sit down with leaders on both of these …"

According to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's Wikipedia Page She graduated fourth in her class from Boston University's College of Arts and Sciences in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations.

 

Economics and international relations, well she sure learned a lot.....one wonders what 5 through 10 know.

I hadn't thought about it, but given the electorate in NY Ocasio-Cortez is going to Congress!   :o
