Draggingtree Posted July 18, 2017 Share Posted July 18, 2017 Zummo Boudain Stuffed Chicken Breast · 1 pkg Zummo Boudain · 4 large Boneless Chicken Breast · 4 Slices of Bacon · 3/4 c. Wish Bone Italian Dressing · Toothpicks Season chicken breast, then open them up and place ½ stick of Zummo Boudain (with casing removed) into chicken breast. Roll breast up rapping a slice of bacon around each breast. Keep closed with toothpick. Marinate the stuffed beast in dressing for about 3 hours in the refrigerator. Discard marinade and place breast in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
