I make it different every time. 1 6-7 oz. can pink salmon 3 eggs Either: 1 pkg. salted soda crackers, crushed finely ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated Or: 1 ½ cups Better Cheddars, Cheez-its or Cheese Nips, crushed finely Some form of onion: ...Finely chopped red ...Onion flakes (dried) . . . and/or ...Onion powder (1/8-1/4th tsp) Garlic powder to taste (1/8-1/4th tsp) Dill to taste, dried or fresh Form into patties (I think this makes 4), fry until lightly browned, serve with favorite tarter or cocktail dill sauce.
