Classic Cocktail: The Grasshopper

 

Grasshopper

(Makes 1 cocktail)

Ingredients
¾ oz. green crème de menthe
¾ oz. crème de cacao
¾ oz. white crème de menthe
½ oz. brandy
¾ oz. heavy cream
¾ oz. whole milk

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.Shake vigorously, and strain into a champagne flute. Top with ½ teaspoon of brandy for a floater.
