There are serious issues facing this country. We are at a crossroads where many people think that the wrong decision by the people in November will doom this country to a generation of further decline, and it needs to be stopped. And this kind of way to derail a campaign or to win an election I just think, I hope, that it has people fit to be tied, and I hope there is going to be a giant backlash over it, because, ladies and gentlemen, I'm here to tell you that it does not matter who the Republican Party nominates, this is what's gonna happen.

If they can turn Mitt Romney into a living, breathing devil, they can do it to anybody. Mitt Romney is, as I have said countless times before, one of the finest human beings, one of the finest men you will find alive today in terms of character, demeanor, manner, you name it. And what were they able to do to him? They were able to portray him as a guy who killed his dog by putting it on the roof of the station wagon; as a guy who didn't pay his taxes for ten years; as a guy who did not care that the wives of employees of his were dying because Romney didn't care enough about health care to give these people health care and they died of cancer.

If they were able to demonize Mitt Romney, and they demonized George W. Bush, they'll be able to demonize anybody. If this is the kind of way they go to win elections, they're never going to stop winning elections, if this is all it takes. And I think a number of people have become outraged by this"

The establishment simply cannot afford to be ousted. They're not gonna put up with it. They wouldn't tolerate it. They're gonna do everything they can to hold onto it, which is also natural. People with power just don't sit around and let it be taken away from them, which is what an election they lose would be.

So you can't... You're not gonna get a pristine campaign. You're not gonna get a perfect candidate. You're not gonna get somebody who doesn't have any smudges or doesn't have any smears on them. You're not gonna find anybody. And especially you're not gonna find them in the political world, either. They're the biggest collection of phony baloney, plastic banana, good-time rock 'n' rollers you can find. They define their lives by that so that they can survive specific things like this.

 

RUSH: All these people on the left and the media running around outrageously offended? They're not offended in the slightest by what Trump said! They're capitalizing on it. They're the ones that set up this permissive society! They're the ones who have shred the boundaries. They are the ones who have erased... These are the people that take money from people in Hollywood that produce some of the most depraved content we've seen!

And they celebrate it and they applaud it and they call it great art. And it's far, far more destructive in terms of how it's portrayed than what Trump's talking about on some bus in a studio lot at Access Hollywood. So the hypocrisy on this is tenfold. They get to act like they're righteously indignant and like this is the greatest assault on morality and decency, and these people have presided over the destruction of decency!

In song lyrics that they produce, music, in books they write, television shows that they produce, movies! For these people to act like they've never heard these words before and never heard them used this way? It's opportunism. It has nothing to do with the issues. It has nothing to do with the future of this country, and my guess is that a slew of Americans are fed up with all of this kind of rotgut determining electoral outcomes, particularly this year. And I am hoping there is a huge backlash over this entire tactic.

He is a Christian (no idea about who, what or where) but he is also a common sense realist who sees that humanism and secularism are God's enemies - anathemas to the things of God.

Having reconsidered my opposition to Trump, I think Donald Trump will do lasting damage to the witness of the Church in America and I therefore cannot vote for him.

 

While I understand his perspective and we are indeed told to be "of the world" but "not in it", we are also told to be good citizens which means we live and move and have our being as created people here on planet Earth. Damage to "the witness of the church in America" is already being done daily, hourly. At least one side of the political spectrum is still trying to recognize Who God is.

I might ask, "When have we elected the perfect candidate?" Only, never.

 

In the past, media was respectful & in a way...celebrated the shenanigans of presidents...or at the very least, said nothing, with a wink. They respected the power of the man, and the office. The media also was known as "the 4th Estate." A civil check on political power.

 

They could provide pause for power-hungry pols of any stripe...and journalism required fair disclosure & equal treatment...as well as an ethic that precluded partisan reporting and instead worked to air the misdeeds of whomever had erred.

 

Well, no longer.

 

We have a cabal...a collusion of the Progressive Socialists & an "owned" media to help them with their elections & also their imperfect rule.

 

The traditional Republican party IS "Progressive Lite" in their governing and/or lack of same. What other candidate actually spoke for...nearly half of the American voters? With both McCain & Romney...we put forth something "conservative values compromised" in order to attract Progressive LoFoMoFo's. With the medias help, Progressives could use their skills at voter suppression & fraud, control of debate & image...to destroy our candidate...and really, what would we have had if they'd become elected?

 

McCain was a hero once. He became a professional politician that acted only in his interests to be re-elected & does so even today. Palin was a media distraction to tar the Republicans with...wholesome American values? Yes. We elected a "post-American" pResident.

 

Romney was a nice man, but weak. He would not fight. He nearly won, but the Progressives could cover the spread with cheating & media doggery. Remember "binders of women" from a surreptitious phone recording by "the Peanut's" grandson?

 

Our candidates got no help from media. None.

 

So...we now have a clearly greedy, incompetent & dangerous Progressive candidate...that will continue to put forward Barky's failed domestic & foreign policy...including taxpayer funded, government sanctioned murder of unborn children, terrorist bombings, knifing & shooting inside our completely open borders...and a weakened military & nuclear defense...that encourages bad actors to make their moves, world-wide...along with an economy that uses fake numbers to lie about the socialists next 5-year plan, removes job creating small business & encourages big business to move outside the country.

 

Really? We know Clinton's failures. It's epic & unabashedly elitist. She is above punishment for what most of our history would call treason. Treason, not solely from the Socialist/Globalist perspective, but from pure greed & sickening lust for power. She took her offices & instead of using them to better her country & countrymen...she sold our strategic uranium to the Russians for cash paid into her family's personal slush fund. And that's just one glaring thing.

 

Trump is far, far from perfect. He was not who I had wanted to be the candidate. In fairness, I'm disappointed in my favorite, Ted Cruz, too...but Trump is NOT OWNED by media or either party (actually the two parties are mirror images of the same thing...professional big government politicians). He is not beholding to George Soros or Warren Buffet. Congress surely has no problem telling him, "No." He doesn't have a race card in his back pocket because he's a half-black socialist.

 

This is a chance at a "soft revolution" which could restore the American Republic.

 

BTW: Erick Erickson is a neophyte of what has brought us to this point. I'm not positive, but I'm fairly certain his politics (elite Republicanism) is hand-in-hand with business & the media in electing a safe, Progressive candidate. How can I say this? After reading the link above, he still considers Illary the better choice for churches. She, who will continue the big government & policies of pResident Barky...who just gave Planned Barrenhood a half BILLION of our tax-payer dollars for womens reproductive health baby killing. JMO

I can't/won't comment on any of the posts here because I know what will happen if I do. I'll keep my opinions to myself.

 

I just want to say that I can't wait for this election to be over with so that come what may, we can go back to being our usual happy, goofy bunch of folks and get back to the important things, the things we have in common such as love of God, love of family, friendship, etc. etc. etc. and maybe focus on 2020 and what we can all do (not just us, but the country as a whole) to make sure we are never in this position again.

The media, which can take a story about Hillary laughing about the rape of a 12-year-old girl (Vox: She did it for the Constitution) or leaving Americans to die at the hands of her Muslim terrorists in Benghazi and then lying about (The New York Times: It was a spontaneous protest) jumped into action.

 

CBS dug deep into its vault of stupid and declared that the fly was really a Native American totem “delivering a unique message” to help her “steady her emotions” after Trump’s attack. The “Tiffany Network” based this on a source which claims to have “life-long abilities” connecting with people, through “telepathy, energy awareness, clairvoyance and clairsentience”.

 

“Was it nature’s way of delivering a message to the Democratic nominee?” CBS asked.

 

 

In the bleary eyes of the press, even the fly landing on Hillary was the universe’s way of helping her against Trump. One might even say that the fly was an honorary member of the mainstream media trying to convey messages of reassurances from the media’s posh dungheap.

 

A quote from a less New Age source that went viral on social media however came from the Talmud; “The evil spirit is like a fly that lies at the door of the human heart.” Rav, the Talmudic scholar, used Ecclesiastes 10:1 as his source, "Dead flies make the ointment of the perfumer fetid and putrid".

King Solomon went on to write, "Dead flies make the ointment of the perfumer fetid and putrid; so doth a little folly outweigh wisdom and honor. A wise man's understanding is at his right hand; but a fool's understanding at his left.”

The fly is a carrion symbol. It is drawn to dead and dying things. Even in the Native American legends that CBS desperately tried to invoke to turn the fly into a positive symbol it is the creature that brought death into the world. Putrefaction is what the Clintons brought to America. The fly is their perfect symbol. They are greedy creatures of rot, surrounded by filth and wallowing in their own vileness.

The media may not be able to scent the rot of the Clintons, but a humble housefly can.

4 French Police Officers Firebombed By Muslim Mob

The Express: A DOZEN masked thugs set four French police officers on fire yesterday after launching petrol bombs at their cars. The officers were in patrol on the Grande Borne – a notorious housing estate in Paris – at the time of the sickening incident.

Eyewitnesses said they were “attacked from all sides” by the cowardly mob, who have yet to be identified.
