Draggingtree Posted March 22, 2014 Share Posted March 22, 2014 Apple Fennel Celery SlawIngredients1 tbsp cider vinegar1 tbsp molasses1 tsp dijon mustard1/2. Tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/4 cup olive oil1 fennel bulb (trimmed cored and cut into very thin strips )2 granny smith apples (cut into strips )2 gala apples (cut into strips )2 celery ribs (thinly sliced )PreparationWhisk together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; slowly pour in oil, whisking constantly.Add Fennel, apple and celery to dressing, tossing to combine.
