Valin
A blessed Easter to all our readers posted at 12:01 am on March 31, 2013 by Ed Morrissey When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus’ body. Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they were on their way to the tomb and they asked each other, “Who will roll the stone away from the entrance of the tomb?” But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed. “Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him. But go, tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him, just as he told you.’” — Mark 16 1-7

righteousmomma
Our son alerted us early this morning that Google had chosen to totally ignore Easter - even the secular bunny and eggs aspect - and instead tout the birthday of Caesar Chavez. Since then we have replaced google as our search agent on all computers, IPads and I phones At least Bing acknowledged Easter with beautiful hand painted Easter eggs. Hello Bing, goodbye Google

NCTexan
Google vs Bing.... The lesser of two evils. Kinda reminds me of the old commercial, "Why trade headache for upset stomach?" However I feel good about moving off of Google.

Valin
Obama, family attend Easter services near the White House 3/31/13 (Snip) "The captains of the religious right are always calling us back, back, back," he said. "For blacks to be back in the back of the bus, for women to be back in the kitchen, for gays to be in the closet, and for ... immigrants to be on their side of the border," he said. (Snip) That would be Rev. Luis Leon of St. John’s Episcopal Church. Feel the Love!

righteousmomma
Valin, all the President's pretty words tell me 2 things: 1. He has a good speech writer 2. He does not know Who Jesus Christ is. All the words from the Rev. at St. John's Episcopal tell me 3 things: 1. He is a post modern liberal "Christian" 2. He is not in a relationship with Jesus Christ ie he is not a true believer. 3. He is a humanist with a progressive left mentality.

Geee
Went to the Motor Vehicles today. In and out in under four hours. Went to vote today. In and out in under 5 minutes. Especially wanted to show up because "they" are trying to oust a state supreme court judge who helped keep some of Walker's programs they were trying to over rule. Most of the other positions on the ballot I didn't even bother with because they were all running unopposed. Sad.
