FEATURED STORY

Debate Advice for Romney & Obama

mememitt2.jpg

By: Dan McLaughlin (Diary) | October 2nd at 06:05 PM | 1

Allow me to remedy the nation’s critical shortage of advice for the participants in the presidential debates that kick off with Wednesday’s Obama-Romney debate. Below, a few suggested do’s and don’ts for each of the two candidates. Advice for Romney I’ve watched Romney debate a lot (although this will be the first presidential debate where I’ll be rooting for him rather than against him – ...

Obama Administration Reduces Women To "Lady Parts"

Much like in Islam, the Democratic party views women as sexual organs. We are now just a hair away from being asked to cover up.

lady-parts.jpg

From Gateway Pundit:

The Democrats believe the only issue important to women this year is abortion.

They’ve reduced women to the sum of their reproductive organs.

This is the real 'war on women.'

Push calls in Ohio ask 'How can you support a 'Mormon' who does not believe in Jesus Christ?'

It's from a group calling itself "Catholics for Obama" and it highlights one of the major strategies of the Obama campaign; make Romney's Mormonism an issue.

US News:

On Wednesday Hudson also revealed that a group calling itself Catholics for Obama had been making push poll phone calls in support of the president's re-election bid. Among the questions being asked, he said, was "How can you support a 'Mormon' who does not believe in Jesus Christ?"Scissors-32x32.png

October Surprise? Obama’s “Other Race Speech” To Be Aired Tonight on Hannity

October, 2, 2012 — nicedeb

Well, this sounds promising on Drudge:

THE ACCENT... THE ANGER... THE ACCUSATIONS... THE SERMON...

THE SHOUT OUT TO REV. WRIGHT, WHO IS IN AUDIENCE...

'My pastor, the guy who puts up with me, counsels me, listens to my wife complain about me. He's a friend and a great leader. Not just in Chicago, but all across the country'..

FOXNEWS 9 PM ET...

'We don't need to build more highways out in the suburbs'...

TONIGHT: OBAMA'S OTHER RACE SPEECH

Yeah, I was going to drive the girls to dance in a little bit, but no – I think I’ll just delegate that job to my husband, tonight.

The “we don’t need to build more highways out in the suburbs” line would seem to corroborate what Stanley Kurtz wrote about Obama in what PJ Media’s Ron Radosh called the book to Scissors-32x32.png

“Obama is such a fraud,” Coulter said. “He grew up in a ‘Beverly Hills, 90210′ existence, but he’s just desperate to have this angry, black persona. It’s rather like reading about you know, Hitler’s musings on his Germanic identity. You know, he graduated from this fancy, fancy school in Hawaii, voted recently the greenest school in America. And yet, when he wants to, he just turns it on and suddenly we’ve got Malcolm X speaking to us.”

Audio from the Mark Levin show re the Speech.

How to Deal With Biased Media Liars (and Other Such Worthless Scalawags)

Posted on | October 3, 2012 |

“My God, Scarlett O’Hara! When I start out to cut somebody up, you don’t think I’d be satisfied with scratching him with the blunt side of my knife, do you? No, by God, I cut him to ribbons.”

Tony Calvert, in Gone With the Wind

Well, that’s merely an analogy — a colorful literary allusion — and my concern for the First Amendment requires that I condemn anyone who might contemplate dealing with even the most dishonestly biased journalist in the manner by which hot-tempered young Calvert dispatched his villainous hellbound foe.

No, not even Chris Matthews.

“When I start out to cut somebody up,” therefore, I’m limited to such damage as can be done by words, but I’m pretty handy with a rhetorical knife. With that in mind — and thinking what might possibly pain the conscience of even the most shameless liberal hack — please read my latest column at The American Spectator.

And be sure to read it all the way to the end.

Obama slandered America as racist using dishonest claims about the response to Hurricane Katrina

The Daily Caller has obtained and posted video (video below) of a 2007 speech by Barack Obama in Hampton, Virginia. Speaking to an audience of black ministers, and using a black dialect only marginally more authentic than Joe Biden’s, Obama claims that the U.S. government shortchanged Hurricane Katrina victims because of racism. As the Daily Caller says, “the effect is closer to an Al Sharpton rally than a conventional campaign event.”

Obama’s factual claims about alleged shortchanging of Hurricane Katrina are false. Obama states:

Down in New Orleans, where they still have not rebuilt twenty months later, there’s a law, federal law — when you get reconstruction money from the federal government — called the Stafford Act. And basically it says, when you get federal money, you gotta give a ten percent match. The local government’s gotta come up with ten percent. Every ten dollars the federal government comes up with, local government’s gotta give a dollar.

Now here’s the thing, when 9-11 happened in New York City, they waived the Stafford Act — said, ‘This is too serious a problem. We can’t expect New York City

to rebuild on its own. Forget that dollar you Scissors-32x32.png
