Christine O’Donnell and her team have tweaked their general election campaign website yet again with a new banner and more interactive communication, including more press releases, campaign ads, endorsements, and live Twitter and Facebook feeds.

The new banner hails O’Donnell as an “Independent Voice” for Deleware and asks for donations, of course.

I don’t blame her for not championing the GOP. With rare exceptions, they have not championed her.

O’Donnell campaign staffers tell C4C that the campaign has been slammed with grassroots support and donations ever since they pulled off the miraculous primary victory Sept. 14th. It now appears that the miracle campaign is hitting its stride. O’Donnell has released two new ads in the last week, sat down with the New York Times, appeared on CNN and Greta for interviews, and is laying the groundwork to take advantage of the huge swell of support from across the country. She’s mainly spending her time with local people at local events – but there is a clamoring across the country for all things Christine.

Wouldn't it really be a hoot if she should actually win?

It doesn't matter at all if she has support of people across the country, they don't get to vote for her. Are the people of Delaware looking at this new interactive web site or is it the people from across the country? When does early voting start in Delaware?

What has Christine O'Donnell done to you personally to make you so antagonistic towards her? Your ranting on her is getting old...

We don't vote early in Delaware. And, people across the country can donate if they are so inclined. And apparently, many are.

Maybe I think people trying to make something of her that she is not is getting old  Unless you live in Delaware, it doesn't matter what you think or what I think. She wants to represent the people of Delaware and that's what it's all about. I am just appalled that the entire Conservative movement is getting involved supporting a bad candidate who should have started out with a state office. There are lots of other worthy candidates who could use their support. Most of the enthusiasm about O'Donnell is from people from other states not the ones that live in Delaware.

I really thought this site supported people who have differing views. Why do we all have to like her or anyone else?

Thank you for your viewpoint about O'Donnell. It is appreciated by us here at TRR. I agree that only the people of Delaware will have the eventual say, about her election.

Many here, myself included, think that her election would be better [even if she has little experience] than re-electing a certain Obama vote in Coons. It's especially galling that Obama had "pseudo-experience", in State & Federal government.......and is quite possibly the most inept, bungling & destructive President that the US has ever had, and God willing, will ever have again.

Please don't feel that your points are not being considered. The Right Reasons, for me, has meant support for my basic Conservative & Libertarian principles, but with others providing their differing beliefs; for contrast & consideration. I'm hoping that you will get to feel that way, too.

Thank you, SrWoodchuck. Right from the beginning, I thought TRR was a basically conservative site that didn't shy away from discussion. Not every candidate is the best candidate either. I think you are right about something. You made me think. I live in the state where the GOP debacle with Ryan provided the Senate seat for the unqualified Obama. He really wasn't qualified to even run a McDonald's franchise. I also live in the state that has the worthless Roland Burris in the Senate right now whose entire purpose is to vote Democratic for everything and to be able to put on his tombstone that he was a Senator. Being a Senator should never be an entry level position. The Express were the ones that were responsible for making the entire country aware of Christine O'Donnell. With that media exposure her woeful resume came out. I think she is extremely flawed but I also hope she wins.

That's the bottom line and I think most of us would agree with -- she is extremely flawed and we hope she wins.

I will second that. Bravo!!

I am not trying to get into any arguments. But I would like to check some day to see what the experience was of most Senators. Other than being lawyers. Did Franken get as much national attention as O'Donnell? I don't recall what experience Jon F'n Kerry had prior to getting elected. Except a knack for marrying rich widows.

Maybe one REALLY slow day, I'll google all of them and learn of their experience.
