Baked Pork

Ingredients

1 whole pork butt

6 cloves fresh garlic

Fine Herbs seasoning El Venado brand

2 cups Mojo Criollo Marinade

Salt

3 cups cooked white rice

1 large can of black beans

6 male Bananas

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

 

Directions

1Preheat oven to 290 ° F

2Place the whole pork butt in a deep pan where it will bake.

3Stick a knife in six different places of the leg, making a few small pinholes. Insert a clove of garlic on each. Make sure the garlics are well spread throughout the leg so the flavor spreads evenly.

4Bathe the leg with mojo criollo.

5Rub the seasoning herbs and salt grain on the leg.

6Cover with foil and bake for 5 to 6 hours or until it reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 ° f
