The taxation of trade routes to outlying star systems is in dispute. Turmoil had engulfed the European countries. Newly minted French control of the Louisiana Territory made President Jefferson anxious. Hoping to resolve the matter with a deadly blockade of deadly battleships, the greedy Trade Federation has stopped all shipping to the small planet of Naboo. Hoping to resolve ownership and remove a French threat, Jefferson sent emissaries to negotiate with the greedy French commander Napoleon.
