A nice little side dish for your "browned cow"..makes 4 side dish servings2 tablespoons olive oil1 teaspoon Sriracha (thai chili sauce, also known as Rooster Sauce)2 large potatoes1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon ancho chili powderpinch cayenne1 teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/4 cup cheddar (I used a mix of white and smoked cheddar)2-3 Tablespoons diced bacon1 green onion (green portion only) chopped.Sriracha Dipping Sauce1 cup sour cream1 small garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice2 teaspoons sriracha, or to taste1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepperPreheat oven to 450 degrees. http://mausersandmuffins.blogspot.com/2015/07/how-now-browned-cow.html Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
