Valin
The Telegraph: The Telegraph look at five key issues that the Conservatives and Ukip would need to examine if they were to work together after the 2015 General Election Robert Midgley and Myles Burke 24 Apr 2015 Although David Cameron once dismissed Ukip as a bunch of “fruitcakes, loonies and closet racists”, in the event of a hung parliament he could be looking to them to secure a government. But what would be the issues the two parties may have to negotiate on before an agreement? Nigel Farage has said an in/out EU referendum in July 2015 is “price” for propping up the Tories in a confidence-and-supply agreement after the General Election. He has left the door open to an earlier date but the plan to get reform or Treaty change is on a very tight timetable and bringing it forward will only make it harder.
