Geee
The Hill: Sen. Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.) on Friday said he’d vote to roll back President Obama's immigration actions from last year. Donnelly is the second Senate Democrat to suggest he'll break away from his party during a procedural vote expected later on Friday on legislation that would undo Obama’s actions. “The only way to really fix our immigration system is to change the law, and that requires Congress to pass legislation. For these reasons, I will be voting to roll back the president’s executive actions from last year,” he said in a statement. Donnelly said he would also vote to fund the Department of Homeland Security. Republicans have been spent the week pressuring Senate Democrats who previously voiced concern about the president's actions to use Friday’s vote to prove they are serious. The vote Friday, if successful, would give lawmakers up to 30 hours to debate the motion to proceed to the legislation. Supporters will need 60 votes to break a Democratic filibuster. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) has also said that he will vote with Republicans against Obama's 2014 immigration executive orders.
