It’s a tasty way to dress up your broccoli! Garlicky Breadcrumb Broccoli · 1 medium broccoli crown (1 lb. broccoli) · 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced · ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil · Salt and pepper to taste · ½ cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) Break the broccoli into small florets. Steam the florets (and any desirable parts of the stem) for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, combine the garlic, oil, salt and pepper in a small pot over low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Stir in the panko and cook for 3 minutes more. Toss the panko mixture with the broccoli.
