Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

 

1 Cup Blueberries (frozen or fresh)

1 Banana

3/4 Cup almond/coconut milk blend

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 2 Tablespoons plain or vanilla yogurt

 

Note: If you aren’t worried about your weight, forget the yogurt and dump some vanilla ice cream in there!

 

Directions:

Throw everything into the blender and blend until desired consistency is achieved.
