@Rheo!

I have questions:

If she is no longer a federal employee.....is she now a private citizen?

If she is a citizen, does she still get the protection that an active unionized federal employee receives?

Can she be sued for her actions?

In a civil suit, can discovery be used to breach her confidentiality?

Can her federal pension be attached, if she loses a civil suit?

Can she be called by Congress to testify & still get a free government lawyer?

Al-Qaeda In Syria: We Fought Free Syrian Army Because of Their Alliance With John McCain… http://weaselzippers.us/2013/09/23/al-qaeda-in-syria-we-fought-free-syrian-army-because-of-their-alliance-with-john-mccain/

Translation of letter: http://www.hhassan.com/2013/09/al-qaeda-in-syria-we-fought-fsa-because.html

Address: Aleppo, northern countryside, the emirate of Azaz

On Wednesday, we purified the land from what is called Liwa Asifat al Shamal, which God wanted to expose them in front of everyone. These are some examples of their treason before and now:

1. They secured the departure of the Assad army and its tanks that were shelling civilians in Menagh military airbase.

2. They called for rule other than what God has prescribed, through democracy, on their official websites.

3. They received Senator John McCain in ‘the hangar’ and they agreed with him to fight the Islamists.

4. They fought fiercely against Muslims to defend the German spy on Wednesday whose camera had images of the ISIS headquarters, their houses and their women

5. One of the prisoners from Asifat Al Ashamal revealed that the group worked with BlackWater, the anti-Islamic company.

6. A few spies were captured from Asifat al Shamal and we had evidence they worked with the American intelligence and this is documented in a video that we will release online soon.

7. They stole and robbed without distributing the goods on Muslims. They humiliated people although the goods belong to the people.

Does anyone here have any personal experience with Obamacare premium increases?

My BCBS premiums have gone up every 3-6 months for 3 years. I'm grandfathered into the rates and policy until 12/2014.

@clearvision's has gone up 2k a year.

Except for last year, I have not used the insurance. My deductible is $2500 and clear's is $3000.

We were about to combine and make changes and then this flustercluck got passed.

Now we wait and see what they do.

We will actually save money if it goes into effect.

Did you know that when they count "income" it doesn't include investment income or assets?

My son works for the Safeway corp, under the Randalls umbrella. They cut hours to 24 per week for stockers....can't speak to other positions. He has yet to see that as most others don't show up so he is pulling o/t. Go son! ha

He hasn't applied for the "part time" insurance plan.

The Kenyan Islamic murderers asked the question: What is the name of Mohammad's mother? When the victims couldn't tell them, they were shot.....including an 8 year old Indian boy.

The name: Aminah bint Wahb

Are the TX exchanges going to be up and running 10-1-13?

They are going to be another flustercluck.

Who knows. I have no clue what is going on anymore..........with Obamacare. laugh.png

At least Nancy, "I'm braindead," Pelosi, feels that all the part time workers can now discover their other passions.

WTH?

Guess when you have to give up on the passion of a paycheck that can put a roof over your head and food on the table.....You probably will discover a love of painting and pottery throwing.

Crime is going to go to a place that we do not want to see.

An interesting piece on gun control versus..........control of guns.

The Central Planning Solution to Evil

Posted by Daniel Greenfield @ the Sultan Knish blog http://sultanknish.blogspot.com/2013/09/the-central-planning-solution-to-evil.html

We are not a violent society. We are a society sheltered from violence. No one in Rwanda spends time wondering what kind of man would murder people. They probably live next door to him. If your neighborhood is diverse enough, you might be unfortunate enough to live next door to war criminals all the way from Eastern Europe to Africa.

Guns are how we misspell evil. Guns are how we avoid talking about the ugly realities of human nature while building sandcastles on the shores of utopia.

It's not about the fear of what one motivated maniac can do in a crowded place, but about the precariousness of liberal social control that the killing sprees imply.

The gun issue is about solving individual evil through central planning in a shelter big enough for everyone. A Gun Free Zone where everyone is a target and tries to live under the illusion that they aren't. A society where everyone is drawing peace signs on colored notepaper while waiting under their desks for the bomb to fall.

That brand of control isn't authority, it's authority in panic mode believing that if it imposes total zero tolerance control then there will be no more shootings. And every time the dumb paradigm is blown to bits with another shotgun, then the rush is on to reinforce it with more total zero control tolerance.

Scissors-32x32.png

It's the central planning solution to evil.

We'll never know the full number of people who were killed by Fast and Furious. We'll never know how many were killed by Obama's regime change operation in Libya, with repercussions in Mali and Syria. But everyone involved in that was following orders.

There was no individual agency, just agencies. There were orders to run guns to Mexico and the cartel gunmen who killed people had orders to shoot. There was nothing random or unpredictable about it.

Gun control is the assertion that the problem is not the guns; it's the lack of central planning for shooting people. It's the individual.

A few million people with little sleep, taut nerves and PTSD are not a problem so long as there is someone to give them orders. A hundred million people with guns and no orders is a major problem. Historically though it's millions of people with guns who follow orders who have been more of a problem than millions of people with guns who do not.

Scissors-32x32.png

Gun control does not control guns, it gives the illusion of controlling people, and when it fails those in authority are able to say that they did everything that they could short of giving people the ability to defend themselves.

We live under the rule of organizers, community and otherwise, committed to bringing their perfect state into being through the absolute control over people, and the violent acts of lone madmen are a reminder that such control is fleeting and that attempting to control a problem often makes it worse by removing the natural human crowd-sourced responses that would otherwise come into play.

People do kill people and the only way to stop that is by killing them first. To a utopian this is a moral paradox that invalidates everything that came before it, but to everyone else, it's just life in a world where evil is a reality, not just a word.

Scissors-32x32.png

An armed society spends more time stopping evil than contemplating it. It is the disarmed society that is always contemplating it as a thing beyond its control.

Helpless people must find something to think about while waiting for their kings and princes to do something about the killing. Instead of doing something about it themselves, they blame the freedom that left the killer free to kill, instead of the lack of freedom that prevented them from being able to stop him.

She is insane. With power.....and in the membrane. Her brain won't need pickling, it's already permanently Botoxed with e.coli.

The peasants will be happy to have time off.....and supplemented with EBT's....free phones.....free college.....and freedom from having to think about voting.....they can explore their creative sides.

Her biggest problem is the group of non-LoFo citizens that practice their creativity by putting that 55 grain lead pea into a bulls-eye target at 200 yards....

A world where the peasants have assault rifles is a world where peasant no longer means a man without any rights. And while it may also mean the occasional brutal shooting spree, those sprees tend to happen in the outposts of utopia, the gun-free zones with zero tolerance for firearms. An occasional peasant may go on a killing spree, but a society where the peasants are all armed is also far more able to stop such a thing without waiting for the men-at-arms to be dispatched from the castle.

An armed society spends more time stopping evil than contemplating it. It is the disarmed society that is always contemplating it as a thing beyond its control.

Why The Unholy Alliance of Islam and Communism? Taqiyya? http://talkwisdom.blogspot.com/2013/09/why-unholy-alliance-of-islam-and.html

I have been racking my brain trying to figure out why House Speaker John Boehner refuses to form a Watergate-style congressional committee to investigate Benghazi. It looks like Trevor Louden has figured it out and has revealed the reason for Boehner's reluctance. It stems from the fact that Boehner had been briefed on the Syria situation regarding arming the rebels against Assad's army; along with his knowledge of arms shipments to al-Qaeda terrorists in Libya and Syria. If this is true, then it may come out in the hearings that Boehner could also be held accountable for the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi!

I think that Boehner, McCain, Graham and others who have trusted Islamists in the war on terror have been fooled by radical Islam's doctrine of al taqiyya.

[Please read that al taqiyya link. http://www.meforum.org/2538/taqiyya-islam-rules-of-war You will better understand the rest of this post.]

Pressure Builds on Boehner Over Benghazi http://www.trevorloudon.com/2013/09/pressure-builds-on-boehner-over-benghazi/

Excerpt quote:

Informed speculation mounted at Monday’s Accuracy in Media conference, which officially launched the Citizens’ Commission on Benghazi, that House Speaker John Boehner’s opposition to a Watergate-style congressional committee to investigate Benghazi stems from his knowledge of arms shipments to al-Qaeda terrorists in Libya and Syria.

Scissors-32x32.png

Coming just eight weeks before the 2012 presidential election, the Obama administration falsely blamed the attack on a spontaneous reaction to a video critical of Islam, rather than blaming it on al Qaeda.

Charles Woods spoke with emotion at the AIM conference about the loss of his son and asked for people not only to press for answers as to what really happened at Benghazi, but to pray for the country.

Christopher Farrell, Director of Investigations and Research for Judicial Watch, said at the conference that Obama’s lies and distortions about the attack are designed to obscure the central truth that the administration was arming al Qaeda.

“That’s what they don’t want broadcast or printed anywhere,” he said.

As incredible as it sounds, former CIA officer Clare Lopez said support for al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other Islamists groups has become the official foreign policy of the United States under Obama. She said the policy has been on display in Libya, Egypt, Syria, and the United Nations, through the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) says about Benghazi: “For the past year, this administration has failed to provide sufficient answers, fully comply with subpoenas, and make available relevant individuals to provide testimony. In short, this administration hasn’t been upfront with the American people or this Congress. Republicans will not stop until we get to the truth. We will press forward with our investigation until we have answers, full accountability, and justice.”

However, he opposes the proposal (H.Res. 36) to create a bipartisan House Select Committee to fully investigate the attack and the cover-up. Introduced by Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), the proposal has 175 co-sponsors.

Scissors-32x32.png

Read the rest from Trevor Loudon, here: http://www.trevorloudon.com/2013/09/pressure-builds-on-boehner-over-benghazi/

Well...that certainly explains A LOT - DOESN'T IT?

Just the typical "I don't want to lose my job over this scandal" bulls**t is one reason why getting to the truth about Benghazi has been stonewalled for over a year!

Sounds like Boehner, McCain, and that dopey Lindsey Graham were either misled or complicit in the same way when they claimed that the rebels in Syria were not affiliated with Muslim terrorist groups like al Qaeda and/or the Muslim Brotherhood! After all, the Muslim Brotherhood members here in the U.S. have had access to Obummer's White House for five years!

Stockman announces discharge petition to investigate Benghazi, Special Forces veterans’ petition unfurled across Capitol grounds http://stockman.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/stockman-announces-discharge-petition-to-investigate-benghazi-special

Jul 23, 2013 -Press Release

WASHINGTON -- Congressman Steve Stockman today formally announced his intentions to file a discharge petition to force a vote on creating a House Select Committee to investigate White House actions regarding the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist killings of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya.

“It has been nearly a year since terrorists killed an American ambassador and three other U.S. citizens in a coordinated attack. Yet, not one survivor has been allowed to testify to Congress and repeated requests for information have been blocked. Two different hearings have been canceled after witnesses were confronted and some intimidated,” said Stockman.

“If four members of Obama’s personal staff had been killed there would rightfully have been a full investigation and congressional hearings. But not one perpetrator has been brought to justice and requests for witnesses and information have been blocked,” said Stockman.

“The usual channels for justice are being cut off. We have no other choice than to file a discharge petition to force a vote of the full Congress on Congressman Frank Wolf’s bill creating a Select Committee with full subpoena power. The survivors and the victims’ families deserve answers and all Americans overseas deserve to know why their Commander-In-Chief left men to die at the hands of terrorists. All Americans owe Congressman Wolf a deep debt for his bravery in demanding answers and justice.”

Scissors-32x32.png

They have to do this because Boehner is holding Frank Wolf's bill hostage....in committee.

How an Engineer Earned 1.25 Million Air Miles By Buying Pudding http://gizmodo.com/how-an-engineer-earned-1-25-million-air-miles-by-buying-1339646546

Air Miles are awesome, they can be used to score free flights, hotel stays and if you’re really lucky, the scorn and hatred of everyone you come in contact with who has to pay full price when they travel. The king of all virtually free travelers is one David Phillips, a civil engineer who teaches at the University of California, Davis.

David came to the attention of the wider media when he managed to convert about 12,150 cups of Healthy Choice chocolate pudding into over a million Air Miles. Ever since, David and his entire family have been travelling the world for next to nothing.

So how did he do it?

Scissors-32x32.png

His most famous endevour was back in 1999 when he saw that Healthy Choice was having a promotion on their frozen entrées section. The offer was as follows: for every 10 bar codes of their product a person sent in, they’d be awarded 500 Air Miles. However, the company had an early bird stipulation that people who redeemed the offer within the first month of the competition would receive double that, meaning a person could potentially receive 1000 Air Miles for buying just 10 of their entrées.

Upon catching wind of the deal, David scoured his local supermarkets to see which, if any products offered the best potential return. After some legwork, he found what he was looking for- a discount grocery chain that was selling individual chocolate pudding cups for 25 cents each. This meant that for a measly $2.50, he could get 1000 Air Miles.

Realising the amazing return he was potentially able to receive, David set out to hit every store in the chain in one day and buy up every single Healthy Choice pudding they had.

Now, you’re probably thinking a guy walking into several stores and asking to purchase all the Healthy Choice pudding they possessed, even in the back of the store, would arouse suspicion; and if anyone cottoned on to what he was doing, they’d try to get in on it too, because, why wouldn’t they? David apparently had the same concern and while buying the pudding, he told people he was doing it because he was stocking up for Y2K, which was just around the corner.

All in all, David spent just over $3000 on pudding, which may seem like a lot, until you realise the total dollar value of the miles he was set to receive was in excess of $150,000. However, before that, he actually had to send off all of the bar codes.
