Valin
PJ Tatler: Bridget Johnson 3/21/12 White House spokesman Jay Carney said yesterday that Joe Biden didn’t misspeak when the vice president called the operation to get Osama bin Laden the most “audacious” military plan in 500 years. “You can go back 500 years. You cannot find a more audacious plan,” Biden said at a Monday fundraiser in New Jersey. “Never knowing for certain. We never had more than a 48% probability that he was there.” After reporters laughed upon a repeat of Biden’s comment, Carney was asked what the second-in-command meant by the remark. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8m2zd1I_tI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0sdH2cRTWX4 And The Hits Just Keep On Coming!!! clearvision
It was great to see the press laughing at Carney/Biden. Oh and when does Carney graduate high school?
pollyannaish
The thing I like about these guys is that they are so modest, so humble, so aware of history and the great people in the world other than themselves. If I were Jay Carney I couldn't take it and would quit. How embarrassing. Edited to add: When I was teaching, I had a small class of ten training to be graphic designers sitting in a room discussing how divided the country was over the Iraq war. I was getting my class prep materials out of my briefcase when one of them said very confidently "This country has never been so divided in it's entire history." I couldn't constrain myself and said under my breath a little more sarcastically than I should of "I KNOW. I mean, this makes the civil war look like a love-fest." Most of the class looked at me funny, but one kid in the back laughed so hard that he nearly fell out of his chair. He is now the most successful member of that class. (I tried so very hard to keep politics out of my teaching...but there were just a couple of days....)

Rokke
D-day, Shock-and-Awe, Desert Spear... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTrhfWS8lI8 I like the other guys on Beck's radio show more than Beck. But when they are all on a roll, they are pretty funny. Biden is funny too. I a vast pool of idiots in Washington, he clearly floats to the top.
