I am still working on a shorter work schedule, although it's hard to do when someone needs help. I have paperwork allowing me to keep this up for next week and then the following one, I will try to work a full 8 hours per day.
As part of my recovery, I have been staying away from foods with high levels of vitamin K. I also thought that it would be a good idea to add a little yogurt into my diet.
We added yogurt to the shopping list and learned that the only whole milk, no fake sugar added yogurt in small containers is for babies and toddlers.
Yesterday and this morning, I was a toddler.
Later today, I will be a baby.
